Owner Operator Truck Financing
Owner operator truck financing through Trucking Finance Loans gets you an approval in up to 36 hours, and funding typically follows in about 7 to 10 business days.

What we do for owner operators
You run your own truck. You do not have time to chase banks for weeks.
That is why we built this around speed and plain talk.
We help owner operators buy a truck, buy a trailer, or add more units to a small fleet. We lend nationwide, so it does not matter which state you run out of.
Soft pull only, no hard pull
A lot of owner operators get burned by shopping around. Every bank runs a hard pull, your score drops, and you still do not have a truck.
Our application is soft pull only, with no hard pull at any point. You can find out where you stand without taking that hit.
You can read more on our soft pull truck loan page.

What you can finance
We finance new and used trucks, trailers and other equipment.
You can buy from a dealer, a private party or an auction.
Finance 1 truck or several at the same time.
We also offer working capital and equipment cash out if you already own your equipment and need cash.
Our services page lists everything we offer. Want to see a payment first? Use the truck loan calculator. It gives an estimate only, because your real rate depends on the deal.
What lenders look at
Credit score: 620 is the lowest we go and 640 is preferred.
Time in business: at least 6 months. Over 2 years in business, you are not considered a startup anymore.
Down payment: 10 to 20% down is typical. Zero down options are available for companies with longer time in business, a couple of trucks in the fleet and a good credit history.
With 3 years in business and a 700+ score, you get better options. With 5 years and a 720+ score, you get the most options.
Rates
Rates are case by case. They typically start in the single digits.
Your rate depends on your credit, time in business, down payment, the equipment, your fleet size and how many credit lines you have taken in the last 12 months.
When you call, we go over the options with you in plain terms.
How to get approved faster
Have your basics ready: your credit score range, how long you have been in business, the truck or trailer you want and how much you can put down.
If you know those 4 things when you call, we can usually tell you where you stand right away.
Found a truck you like? Call us before you sign anything, so we can make sure the financing fits.
Do not worry if your file is not perfect. Call anyway. We would rather look at your deal and tell you straight than have you guess.
